Veto the Land Cap! The Land Cap BIll is sitting on the Governor's desk right now. He has until Tuesday to veto it, otherwise it will become law. The Land Cap Bill will limit the amount of public recreation land available in northern Michigan for activities like camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking. These activities fuel our tourism economy and our way of life. Act now to tell Gov. Snyder to veto the land cap! |
